Returns
Infant Merry Muscles Baby Exerciser: If you are not satisfied with an item, return it, in new condition, with the order copy, within 30 days, for a exchange or refund. Items which have been used or laundered cannot be returned. Items must be returned in the original package (just the product packaging, not the mailing carton.) Shipping costs are not refundable.
Therapeutic Exerciser: This item is customized to fit the measurements supplied by the customer, therefore is not returnable.
Delivery
Orders are shipped by Canada Post. Orders are usually shipped within 24 hours. Items shipped to Canadian addresses take 5-15 days for delivery, depending on where you live.
Orders shipped to the USA take 6-15 business days for delivery, but may take longer for customs clearance during busy times.
Orders shipped outside of Canada/USA are shipped via air mail and take 1-3 weeks for delivery. Surface mail delivery is available by special request, and is less expensive but takes 6-8 weeks for delivery
